That's what I offer. I'm not an MSP with tiers of support and ticketing systems. I support what I sell: Microsoft 365 administration and website management. If something needs fixing or changing, you speak to me directly. No call centres, no ticket queues, no explaining your setup to a different person every time.
For hardware issues like a laptop that won't start, a printer that's stopped working or a network that's playing up, I offer onsite callouts across Greater Manchester and Merseyside. I'll come to you, diagnose the problem and get things working again.
